Business Phone Systems

About Cady Cloud

Cloud-based business phone systems provide many of the same benefits as on-premise phone systems, except we bundle everything into a monthly subscription price instead of having to purchase your equipment upfront. With a cloud-based phone system, you won’t have to worry about having a dedicated network administrator on staff to handle your business phone system. All data is stored in a secure cloud, eliminating the need to purchase and maintain on-site server infrastructure for your office.

Using a cloud-based system is beneficial for many growing businesses. This option makes it easier to budget for monthly installments based on the number of users. These systems are compatible with all phone types, including landlines, desktop phones, and mobile devices to provide the flexibility your business needs. Your employees can work anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection, making cloud-based phone systems ideal for remote workers and traveling employees.

Mobile Applications

Cady offers phone system platforms specifically designed for today’s business customers. Whether you have all your employees under the same roof or remote workers stationed throughout the U.S. or across the globe, we have a business phone system that meets your needs.

The Mitel mobile application is free of charge and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. The app will allow you to see the presence of other users in your company, chat with them in real-time, see your call list, access your personal and business contacts, review your voicemail messages, and make or receive calls just like you were in the office. It is easy to set up and start using.

When making an outgoing call, you can select the number you are out-pulsing, meaning you can choose your cell phone number or your work phone number. Once on a call, you will have all of the features of a desk phone, including hold, transfer, and conferencing. You will also have the option to do a video call to other users in your organization.

Web Conferencing

With the UCC Standard level license, each user has access to the video conference bridge. The conference bridge system is located in an on-premise server, giving you full control over it. There are many, many features included with the conference system including Mute All, Mute Single, Background Selection, Raise Your Hand, Chat, etc.

You can set up one-time or recurring conferences, depending on your needs. The invited parties will receive an email invite that will automatically populate their calendar when accepted. As a worldwide system, you get choices of multiple countries for local dialing capabilities and time zone coordination.

Software Integrations

The Cady Cloud system has open APIs, so it can integrate with almost any hosted CRM with very little effort. Each user that would like to integrate would need to have a Business level license. A standard integration would include screen pops on incoming calls, dialing out from the customer record, etc. Salesforce, Outlook, Google, Hubspot, Zendesk, Zoho, are just a few of the more than 50 integrations that have been tested.

Faxing

The Cady Cloud system includes a built-in fax server. All levels of user licenses include faxing, both inbound and outbound. For inbound, your personal DID (direct inward dial) number is also your dedicated fax number. When someone sends you a fax, they send it to your personal DID number. The Cady Cloud system detects the fax tone and routes it to the fax server instead of your telephone. You then receive your fax as an email with an attached PDF document.  For outbound faxing, you select the document you want to send out and just put in the fax number and hit send.

We also offer a stand-alone web fax solution that supports fax to email, web to fax, and email to fax capabilities.
